Laser Cutter

today Isaac and I were in the room trying to get some things laser cut and it would work only  for small parts and mostly at the corners. cleaning mirrors was not the solution until we realized that the mirror to the side is actually very loose and it does not have the same magnetic grasp that it used to have. having this problem we found out that the mirror is that loose that every time the machine moves it sends the laser in a different direction ! we tried changing the mirror then it worked fine but then realised the right belt is actually  has been hit by the laser with the loose mirror and cut it! now the machine needs a new belt! the belt itself is not expensive but not sure how expert you should be to change the belt!

lesson : after all the checks needed to be done, check the mirror and make sure it is tightly in place before starting any work so you wont damage the machine!
